	The New Zealand Programming Contest takes place on Saturday 17 August at WelTech. https://nzprogcontest.org.nz/about/ Any students interested in participating in a team in the schools category are invited to a meeting in COM5 on Thursday at lunchtime.

General	Climbing Club Gym Closed	HAJ
	Heads up to all the Climbing Club members! Faultline gym will have most of the walls closed this Thursday to get ready for the bouldering competition this weekend. We would recommend postponing your climbing this week since the entry fee won't be reduced and the open walls will be busier than normal. See you all next week to try the new competition climbs woohoo!

	Term 3 is a really busy time for senior art students with portfolio deadlines looming and a lot of credits on the line. To minimise any risk of student art work being damaged or lost, we ask that only art students are to use the art rooms during interval and lunchtime for the duration of term three. If you are an art student, please refrain from asking your kaiako if your non art student friend can sit with you in class because they have a free period, the answer is no and it makes us feel bad when you put us on the spot in front of said friend. Nga mihi nui, The Art Dept :)
