Enrolment -

Before you proceed:

Ensure you have copies of the following documents ready to upload:

• A copy of your student’s birth certificate or passport

• A copy of your student’s last school report

• A completed student reflection sheet

• Proof of address - a power bill or tenancy agreement (no more than 3 months old)

Take note of the following documents. In completing the enrolment form you agree to their content:

• Education outside the classroom (EOTC)

• Internet acceptable use policy

• Publications permission

• Zoning declaration
