| All students interested in competing socially or competitively in an interschool chess tournament on 21 June (changed from 20 June) should come to E102 during Wednesday lunchtime or email lth@whs.school.nz to recieve an information & permission slip. This will be our regular room for the rest of the year so come along any week. Info sheets for the competition will be available. Chess sets will also be available for social and competitive chess games. All are welcome; bring a friend! |

| Hey soon we will be sending out a form for everybody to fill out. This form will ask if you are currently in a campaign, if you are a DM or a player etc. This is because we have had several people who have either lost their DM or have joined after first pickings who still want to play! Please can everybody fill this out (when it comes out). We have had an influx of new books that generous Mr Barrow has released for everybody so don't forget to check them out! Also with the weekly homebrew, I'll begin to hopefully get back to that soon enough. I have had several exams and other problems that have led to me not releasing any new material. If anybody has any requests or even additons for the next article you can contact my gmail hughear@whs.school.nz! Remember we are always looking for more DMs... please, I am very desperate. |

| Wanna help create an epic piece of collaborative art made by rainbow youth and allies from around the country? Sign up for the Rainbow challenge workshop that will run on Thursday 23rd of May over periods 4 and 5 in the WHS library. This workshop is for rainbow people and allies of the rainbow community, and will teach you the skills needed to contribute to a collaborative piece of artwork that will be exhibited around the country later this year. It will be run by Mandi Lynn from the Every body is a treasure trust. If you are interested, you will need to email Paton at SHP@whs.school.nz for a permission slip, or come and get one from the folder on their office door, M506. Permission slips need to be signed by a caregiver and your p4/5 teacher on a Thursday, then returned to Paton no later than Monday 20th of May.
